When we first became interested in watches, like many other collectors, it was all about either finding that next grail or finally attaining that watch you’ve wanted. But like any new shinny thing, that feeling doesn’t last long and then you’re off to find something new. That said, the older you get the wiser you become and you soon start to realise that it’s not about the watch but about the people who you’ve connected to through watches – let’s be honest, in the end it’s always all about the people you encounter along your journey.
